Low-Carbon Supply Chain Coordination Based on Carbon Tax and Government Subsidy Policy

To meet the demands of society’s transition to a low-carbon economy, this study analyzes and designs coordination contract that is suitable for supply chain, under circumstances carbon tax policy government subsidies; achieve reduction in emissions growth total profits while simultaneously improving sustainable competitiveness chain. Manufacturers retailers make up two levels chain are focus study. Both centralized decentralized decision-making models created using Stackelberg game method. By analyzing emission-reduction strategies both cases, revenue-sharing designed y The results numerical analysis show following: first, more orders placed reduced than decision-making; second, chain’s higher when all parties comply with there no contracts; third, allows free allocation gross margins enterprise coordination.
